These small plates are a surprisingly useful size. Perfect for a couple of biscuits to go with your cuppa, a handful of nuts or a few chunks of cheese when your're feeling a bit snacky. They also make a great spoon rest, soap dish, sponge holder or jewellery dish.
They pair beautifully with my rounded oblong platters too. Use them as a side plate for sushi or fill them with olives, dipping oil or pickles to accompany your festive cheese board.
